Naughty Dogs are currently developing the next installment in Uncharted franchise, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Artist, Andrew Maximov talks about UC4 and PS4 in a recent interview:
Speaking with Dualshockers, Maximov said, “PS4 is a great piece of hardware to work with, and I can say that not only having done art for it, but also having developed graphics features and written code for it.
Now you probably can’t quote me on this but I personally believe that we’ll be able to roll out some features you’ve never ever seen before anywhere else. It should be really cool!”
When asked what he thinks about Uncharted 4’s progress, he replied: “It’s going to blow your socks off so hard that they’ll burn a hole through the Earth and come out on the other side – that’s all I can say really : )”
Previously, Uncharted 4 A Thief’s End will be more personal.
“Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure.
His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.”
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be available in 2015 for PlayStation 4.
