The documentary is called The Secrets of the Back to the Future Trilogy and it was written and directed by Peyton Reed. This is how Reed got his start and he went on to direct the Ant-Man films for Marvel Studios.

The doc was also hosted by Kirk Cameron and it shows a lot of amazing footage of what went into making the movie. It also includes interviews with the cast and crew including Michael J.
