Mortal Kombat has started! Check out the new awesome series of new TV spots for the highly-anticipated Mortal Kombat movie! The footage in these new TV sports offers more footage showing off some action as well as more of the characters who are involved with the film.

The movie comes to us from producer James Wan and director Simon McQuoid, and it seems like a brilliant movie with amazing action sequences and gore-packed moves.

In the new upcoming movie, “MMA fighter Cole Young (Lewis Tan) is unaware of his heritage – or why Outworld’s Emperor seeks to hunt him down. Cole finds sanctuary under Lord Raiden (Tadanobu Asano) and prepares to stand with Earth’s greatest champions against the enemies of Outworld in a high-stakes battle for the universe.
