AMERICAN HORROR STORY: 1984 Gets a Premiere Date on FX

The new season of the American Horror Story anthology series is called American Horror Story: 1984, and Variety reports that it will air on September 18th at 10 p.m., on FX.

This is the ninth season of the franchise, and what makes this one so interesting is the fact that it is inspired by ‘80s slasher movies. The first teaser trailer that was released had a Friday The 13th kind of vibe to it. Check it out below if you missed it.

Emma Roberts will be a part of the ensemble cast that has yet to be announced. I’m sure the series will be jammed full of same faces from the AHS franchise.

It was also announced that Mayans MC Season 2 will premiere September 3rd at 10 p.m; Mr. Inbetween Season 2 will premiere on September 12th at 10 p.m, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 14 is coming on September 25th at 10 p.m on FXX.
