The cool and the most poised actors to grace the stage at the Marvel panel at Comic-Con was Angelina Jolie. She is just amazingly classy, and it is so interesting to see her join the MCU as part of the cast of the new upcoming movie Eternals.
While talking to USAToday this week, Angelina Jolie talked about the character Thena, an ancient immortal superhuman with super strength, speed, and agility. Jolie said her preparation for the role involved everything from sword-fighting to ballet. Jolie said, “She’s a warrior. I’m going to have to work very hard to give the Marvel Cinematic Universe the Thena they deserve.”
I expect nothing less from this amazing actress. She always gives a brilliant performance. When asked about what her six children think about her playing the superhero role, Jolie said, “What’s really moving to me is that they want to see me strong,” Jolie told People magazine in an interview published about her kids Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne. “It’s less to see me in a film, but they’re just happy I will be strong and having fun,” she added.
Also, the cast of Eternals involves Richard Madden, Lia McHugh, Salma Hayek, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, and Dong-Seok Ma. Eternals will hit theaters on November 6, 2020.
