I am not sure about you guys, but when I was growing up I used to buy blank VHS tapes all the time to record my favorite shows and movies that were on TV and I had done it a lot even when I was traveling with my parents, so naturally I still have a collection of tapes with many foreign shows dubbed in English. I have in my collection from the early Teenage Mutant Turtles to Care Bears.

Back then, I never really gave any thought to the slipcover patterns for the different black tapes that were available at the market because to be honest that was one time which went too fast for me. But today we have an animated tribute to share with you showing this slipcover art and it’s awesome for my nostalgic appitite. I love the retro designs of these!

The video was created by Russian video editor 4096 and it shows the cover art for many brands smoothly changing in and out of each other. This will jolt your memory for sure, check out the video below.
