Nickelodeon has released a teaser trailer for Are You Afraid of the Dark? Ghost Island, which is the third chapter/season of their horror anthology miniseries based on the class 90s show. It will be released July 30 at 7 PM ET/PT with a 2-hour episode with the remaining episodes airing on August 6 and August 13.
Ghost Island will focus on an all-new Midnight Society as they try to have a fun summer vacation on an island resort. That is until they learn about something sinister haunting the guests. In the premiere episode “The Tale of Room 13/The Tale of the Teen Spirit” the four best friends find themselves locked away in one of the rooms after checking into the hotel. Then, as the kids are trying to enjoy summer vacation, they are pulled into the mystery of the island which will lead them to some terrifying and shocking revelations.
