The part of the entertainment industry that doesn’t get a lot of notice is casting. Yes I know that everyone gets excited when a big named Hollywood star is attached to project but no one really cares when a little-known actor wins a role. However sometimes the little-known actor becomes the big-name star because everyone’s got to start somewhere.

Who would’ve thought when a very young Natalie Portman auditioned for role in Leon: The Professional, that she would one day win an Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture? Or how about Gerard Butler going from being Dracula to the leading the Spartans in 300 to one of the biggest surprises in box office history?
