Banksy Strikes Again in England!

The mysterious artist Banksy has stepped forward as the artist behind the massive European Union flag mural that appeared in Dover, England.

When the artwork appears this weekend many suspected the familiar stencil craft was the work of Banksy. The mural shows a worker chipping away at one of the 12 stars on the flag.

On Sunday, Banksy posted a photo of the mural on his Instagram account, but it was The Independent that received direct confirmation from the artist’s representatives that the art was posted by Banksy.
