Black Widow’s Return in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Confirmed

Directors Anthony and Joe Russo spoken at a press event in Beijing with Sina.com (via CBM), the pair confirmed that Scarlett Johansson will return as Black Widow in the film.

“We’ve been preparing for the movie since the one debuted last year,” Anthony said. “So, we’ve been working on it for a long time now. We’re very happy how it’s coming along.Captain America 3 is gonna be called Captain America: Civil War and it’s going to star Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson will be back, Winter Soldier will be back, and Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man will also be joining us in the next film.”

Captain America: Civil War cast includes Anthony Mackie as The Falcon, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Daniel Bruhl in a mystery role, Frank Grillo as Crossbones, and maybe Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.

Release Date May 6th, 2016.
