Universal Pictures released the first creepy trailer of Blumhouse Productions” horror thriller Truth or Dare. Blumhouse has a history of making good horror movies like Get Out and Happy Death Day, which I haven’t seen but heard good things about it.
It sounds cheesy but I love some elements of the movie in the trailer, here is the synopsis:
A harmless game of “Truth or Dare” among friends turns deadly when someone-or something-begins to punish those who tell a lie-or refuse the dare.
The movie was directed by Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) and it stars Lucy Hale(Pretty Little Liars, Scream 4) and Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf, Scream: The TV Series). It also co-stars Violett Beane (The Flash), Nolan Gerard Funk (Dear White People), Hayden Szeto (The Edge of Seventeen) and Sophia Taylor Ali (Grey’s Anatomy).
Truth or Dare will hit theaters April 27, 2018.
