Check Out 42,000 Match Sphere Gets Lit

Something beautiful happens when you start gluing matches together because the heads are slightly wider than the wooden bodies and they start to form a sphere. This was an exercise in how many matches it would take to get all the way around to make a complete globe. It took months of painstaking gluing and gluing and gluing they made it to the other side and complete this ultimate sphere of matches and then they lit a match and the whole sphere engulfed into a beautiful ball of fire, check out the video below.
