Check out the behind-the-scenes video for Ghostbusters: Afterlife that gives a charming yet eerie look at how the creative studio MPC brought Harold Ramis’ character, Egon Spengler, back to life as a ghost for the movie.

It’s kind of awesome watching this because we are watching them bring the late Ramis back to life! And to make it more unsettling, the video is set to creepy music.

It’s awesome watching what can be done these days with the filmmaking technology that we have. I thought it was very cool that they worked to include Egon in the movie with the blessing of Ramis’ family. It was a very sincere and genuine emotional moment for a lot of Ghostbusters fans.
