Death Stranding Vehicles

To unlock the vehicles in Death Stranding, you need to finish [Order No. 23] Retrieval: System Server mission and go back to the Lake Knot City. Completing the Main Mission will unlock a 3-wheeler and it is called the Reverse Trike.

For unlocking further vehicles in the game, you need to fulfill deliveries and level up various facilities. It’s all very simple. Just play the game as you do and you’ll continue to unlock vehicles as you progress in the game, just the enjoy the scenery and roam around.

If you want to craft vehicles in Death Stranding, bigger vehicles such as trucks need a lot more crafting materials as compared to a motorcycle. But which types of transportation should you craft in Death Stranding?

The answer to this simple question: All vehicles have their pros and cons and the vehicle is dependant on your need or what you want to do with it. For example, trucks allow you to carry cargo in a secure way. Motorbikes, on the other hand, are quick but can’t take the same number of cargo as a truck. Moreover, the cargo on a bike is not safe against MULEs.

How to Charge and Refuel Vehicles?

You are not going to use the vehicle forever. Sooner or later, you’ll have to charge/refuel them to keep using them. To do so, you must find a generator to charge your vehicles.

To do so, you need to take [Order No. 11] Resins Delivery: Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City. Accepting the order should open the generator. To use it, you need to go to a terminal and craft a PCC.

Once created, you need to leave the terminal and craft PCC and make a generator. This should enable you to charge your vehicles in the game.
