Netflix has unleashed a new trailer for the inspirational original drama Blue Miracle, the movie is based on a true story. The movie stars Jimmy Gonzales as Omar, owner of a real-life Mexican orphanage Casa Hogar, who was caught in Hurricane Odile in 2014. After suffering through a lot of destruction and loss, Omar and the kids choose to enter the world’s biggest fishing competition in hopes of protecting their orphanage.
Dennis Quaid plays a role of a fisherman Wade, who accepts to help the group in their quest, and probably help himself and them to win Bisbeeās Black & Blue Tournament.
The movie looks great and it also stars Anthony Gonzalez, Raymond Cruz, Nathan Arenas, Miguel Angel Garcia, Isaac Arellanes, Steve Gutierrez, Dana Wheeler-Nicholson, Fernanda Urrejola, Silverio Palacios, and Bruce McGill, and is directed by Julio Quintana from a script he co-wrote with Chris Dowling.
Blue Miracle will be released on Netflix on May 27th.
