Director Steven Soderbergh’s 1955-Set Heist Film NO SUDDEN MOVE Trailer

NO SUDDEN MOVE

HBO Max has unveiled the first trailer for director Steven Soderbergh’s new heist crime thriller No Sudden Move. The movie has an amazing ensemble cast that includes Don Cheadle, Benicio del Toro, David Harbour, Ray Liotta, Jon Hamm, Brendan Fraser, Kieran Culkin, Amy Seimetz, and Julia Fox.

The new movie is set In 1955 Detroit, and the story follows “a group of small-time criminals is hired to steal emerging car technology. When their plan goes horribly wrong, their search for who hired them – and for what ultimate purpose – weave them through all echelons of the race-torn, rapidly changing city.”

Soderbergh has made some awesome heist films in his career with the Oceans franchise and Logan Lucky. He seems to love telling these kinds of stories in his movies, and he’s brilliant at it! This one certainly has a diverse vibe than his other movies about heists, but it sure does look like an original and fun movie to wait for!

No Sudden Move was written by Ed Solomon, who is known for the Bill & Ted trilogy and Men In Black. The new film is set to premiere on HBO Max on July 1st.
