Alfred Molina is coming back as Doctor Octopus in Marvel and Sony’s Spider-Man 3! Well, this is a pleasant surprise.
Molina already played the character of Dr. Otto Octavius in director Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2 with Tobey Maguire.
The new Spider-Man movie is expected to feature many generations of Spider-Man actors. It was already revealed that Jamie Foxx will appear as Electro, and there is also some news that Maguire and Andrew Garfield could also show up in the movie, taking on their versions of Spider-Man.
Spider-Man 3 will also have Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, which explains how this whole story is going to the multiverse. Damn… This is all so exciting.
Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Tony Revolori, and Jacob Batalon are all coming back with their roles, and Jon Watts is returning to helm the sequel. The movie is set to be released on December 17th, 2021.
