Crunchyroll and Toei Animation announced the release date for Dragon Ball Super: SUPERHERO. The new movie in the Dragon Ball franchise will be coming out on August 19 in North America, the U.K., and Ireland with tickets going on sale on July 22. In the U.S. the film will also be available in select IMAX theaters. SUPERHERO will be screened in both English dubbed and subtitled formats so fans can choose their preference.
The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”. In addition to the release date, the English dub cast for SUPER HERO was announced with the usual suspects leading the charge like Sean Schemmel, Christopher R. Sabat, Monica Rial, and Kyle Hebert. Joining the cast are Zach Aguilar as Dr. Hedo, Aleks Le as Gamma 1, Zeno Robinson as Gamma 2, Charles Martinet as Magenta, and Jason Marnocha as Carmine. Are you excited to watch the new movie?
