Gamescom 2019 is happening right now which means we’re getting a lot of new information about upcoming games that everyone is passionate about. Bandai Namco has made a number of stories as part of Gamescom.
First, a new trailer was released for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. This trailer shows off Titan Mode which has your adversaries become a lot more significant and harder to take down. The game is set to release on Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam), PS4, and Xbox One in 2020.
The second one is One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows. This 3-vs-3 battle game lets you build teams of your beloved characters from the show to compete against each other. I find it interesting how you have to wait for Saitama to release. That’s an awesome mechanic. Terrible Tornado, Silverfang, and Atomic Samurai were officially announced. A Hero Nobody Knows will release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One soon. You can preorder your game from here.
Check out the new news about Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. A new trailer also reveals there will be the Cell Arc which is arguably one of the greatest arcs of the anime, so I’m very excited about the game. In addition, some new art has been published for Bonyu who was a sixth member of the Ginyu Force. That’s very exciting by itself. In addition, it was just revealed today that Trunks will be a playable character. Kakarot is scheduled for release in 2020 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Code Vein is the new upcoming game I’m talking about and the primary piece of news here is that a demonstration for the game will be available on September 3. The demo will enable you to play with the character production tool, explore the start of the game, and jump into a dungeon called The Depths. Also, a new trailer released showcasing a new boss called the Butterfly of Delirium. The complete game will release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on September 27. You can preorder your game from here.
Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is the next game in the list and we also have a new trailer as well. In addition, Bandai Namco is holding an Original Costume Design Contest where fans can present costume designs to the Sword Art Online game development team for checking it out and might use in the game. The top three designs will be revealed during Tokyo Game Show 2019 and then fans will vote on the designs. There will be one winner in four regions for a whole of four winners and four cool costumes. Submissions are expected by September 6 and then fan voting will continue from September 13-27 with the winners being published in October via Bandai’s social media. You can submit your designs here and find more information about the contest from here. Alicization Lycoris will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One and the date is not released yet, but preorders are live and you can do it from here.
Tokyo Ghouls:re Call to Exist got a new trailer as well. The co-op survival game will be released on November 15 for PC and PS4 players.
Bandai Namco also revealed Little Nightmares II. The game is being produced in partnership with Tarsier Studios and will be on the Mono’s story. Six from the first game will also be in the game as Mono’s partner. Little Nightmares II will be available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2020.
A new trailer is also released for The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan. This is a game that has been developed by Supermassive Games and is a dark horror game. Man of Medan will be released on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on August 30, are you excited?
