The Exorcist Season 2 new video has been released by FOX. The first look, entitled “Evil Has a New Home,” features cast members Jeremy Slater, Ben Daniels, Alfonso Herrera and John Cho talks about what is about to come in the new season.
In The Exorcist Season 2, Father Ortega (Herrera) and Marcus Keane (Daniels) have left Chicago and are looking for cases. They find a former child psychologist named Andrew Kim (Cho) who runs a group home for at-risk foster children on an island off the coast of Seattle. One of those children becomes possessed, of course, and the priests have to deal with the fallout.
The Exorcist premiered in September of 2016 and also starred Geena Davis (Thelma & Louise, Beetlejuice), Hannah Kasulka (The Fosters), Alan Ruck (Spin City, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off) and Brianne Howey (Scream Queens).
The show has changed cast members this season. Alfonso Herrera (The Chosen, Sense8), Kurt Egyiawan (Skyfall, Beats of No Nation) and Ben Daniels (Flesh and Bone, House of Cards) are the only regulars to return to the show. The Exorcist Season 2 recently added actor John Cho. Cho is known for his work in the recent Star Trek films where he played Hikaru Sulu and the Harold & Kumar films where he played Harold Lee. He had a lead role in the short-lived series Selfie with Karen Gillan and has played the recurring character Andy Brooks in Sleepy Hollow. He also appeared in the series FlashForward and Off Centre, as well as the films Better Luck Tomorrow, Shopping for Fangs and Yellow.
The Exorcist Season 2 premieres Friday, September 29 on FOX.
