Fictional Real Estate: Can You Guess the Famous Houses from their Property Listings?

 If you could live in any fictional house, which would it be? Cher’s mansion in Clueless (complete with computerised wardrobe)? The Cinderella Castle (very comfortable beds for very long sleeps)? How about Hogwarts (special features include your own forbidden forest)?

We’ve made up some property listings for our own favourite fictional houses from literature, film and television. Can you guess who the famous former owners are?

It might be a ‘hole’ but it’s homely. 

This cosy little property is set in a friendly rural community which has recently benefited from a sharp decrease in Nazgul attacks. The lucky owner will be welcomed by a round, green door that leads to a charming selection of rooms, decorated in a delightful Third Age style, complete with exposed wooden beams and extremely low ceilings. This is the perfect house for food lovers, as the home comes complete with a larder stuffed with meats and cheeses, a wine cellar and a walk-in pantry, perfect for unexpected visitors.
