Film Franchises That Were Cancelled Before The Final Film

Hollywood develops a lot of movies that producers hope will turn into a strong franchise. But, as you know, things don’t always work out as you plan. Many movies never picked up the steam which is essential to turn those movies into a franchise. Looper points out six of these film franchises in the video below that were canceled before the final film. These failed franchises include Eragon, Sahara, John Carter, Percy Jackson, I Am Number Four, Divergent, and Enders Game. I really loved Sahara and it is sad that it didn’t get enough attraction to turn into a franchise or it will be a great adventure franchise on par with Indian Jones. Check out the video below.
