First Look at Joaquin Phoenix in JOKER 2 Shared By Director Todd Phillips

Todd Phillips shared the first photo from Joker: Folie a Deux and it features Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role as Arthur Fleck. He’s getting a shave in Arkham Asylum.

The movie also stars Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, and Zazie Beetz as Sophie Dumond, with Catherine Keene, Jacob Lofland, and Brendan Gleeson recently cast in undisclosed roles.

All we know about the movie at this time is that it will be a musical and the story will largely be set in Arkham Asylum. The film’s working title, Joker: Folie à Deux, refers to the clinical term for the “shared madness,” hallucinations, and delusions of two people.
