A first-look photo has been released that revealed a new droid from the Disney+ Star Wars series Andor. Its name is B2EMO, and it was showcased at San Diego Comic-Con in a display for the series. According to a small placard next to it, B2EMO, aka Bee-two, or Bee, is “a very old and weary ground mech salvage assist unit” that’s been in the Andor family “for years.”

Andor features Diego Luna reprising his role of Cassian Andor. The story is set five years before the events of Rogue One, and it will follow the adventures of the titular hero rebel spy during the formative years of the Rebellion. It will explore tales of espionage and daring missions to restore hope to a galaxy in the grip of a ruthless Empire.
The prequel series will also star franchise alums Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma and Alan Tudyk as Cassian’s droid sidekick K-2SO, who reportedly won’t appear in the first season. It has also been rumored that Forest Whitaker and Ben Mendelsohn are reportedly reprising their respective roles as Saw Gerrera and Director Orson Callan Krennic. Additional cast also includes newcomers Denise Gough, Stellan Skarsgård, Kyle Soller, and Adria Arjona.
