Fishing Role Playing Game DREDGE Pre-Order Trailer Released
Gamers and fishing enthusiasts, rejoice! Black Salt Games and Team17 have collaborated to bring you an exciting new fishing role-playing game called Dredge. And the best part? The game is now available for pre-order!
Dredge is a single-player fishing experience that has a sinister and mysterious twist. As the captain of your own fishing trawler, you’ll navigate through a collection of remote islands, each with unique inhabitants to meet and wildlife to discover. But be warned: there are things hidden beneath the water’s surface that might be best left forgotten.
Players will dredge the depths in search of hidden treasures and complete quests to gain access to new abilities. You’ll have to study your craft and research special equipment to upgrade your boat’s capabilities so you can gain access to rare fish. And when you’ve caught some, sell them to the locals to learn more about the surrounding areas.
But that’s not all! In Dredge, you’ll also need to fish to survive. So make sure you’re always well-equipped and well-informed about the dangers that lurk beneath the surface. Above all, be careful after dark – there might be some fish out there that are more dangerous than expected.
Dredge will be available on all platforms, including PC, Xbox X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Playstation 5|4. And on all platforms, there is a base edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition available. Plus, select retailers will be offering a pre-order for a Physical Deluxe Edition.
If you pre-order the Physical Deluxe Edition, you’ll receive a poster, artbook, and sticker set, as well as a digital copy of the game’s soundtrack and additional in-game items to help you kick-start your adventure.
And for all you Nintendo Switch players out there, you’re in luck! You can check out a brand-new demo ahead of time. The full release of Dredge will be available on March 30th, 2023.
