Upcoming French sci-fi/horror film Evolution is seems like whole new level of creepy, about a 10-year-old boy living on an island populated only by women and boys who begins to question the nature of his existence after discovering a dead body in the ocean.
Check out the first trailer below, which positively drips with foreboding as we get a better glimpse of the creepy hospital where the boys are subjected to a mysterious medical treatment.
Evolution opens on November 25.
