Yep, They are coming back for 2 hour special on NBC. The Friends cast is reuniting on NBC next month for a two-hour special that pays tribute to veteran sitcom director James Burrows, who recently directed his 1,000th TV episode and yes he directed 15 of Friends episodes too.
The telecast will also reunite the casts of other landmark Burrows series, including Taxi, Cheers, Frasier and Will & Grace. The stars of more recent Burrows programs, including The Big Bang Theory and Mike & Molly, will also appear.
All of the Friends cast will be there including Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry.
Burrows hit the milestone 1,000 mark last November when he directed an episode of NBC’s midseason comedy Crowded.
The episode will be recorded this month in Los Angeles and air on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 9/8c. So stay tuned for this all star extravaganza.
