FRIENDS Reunion Special in the Works at HBO Max

HBO Max made the huge purchase of the rights to the hit series, Friends. After the show’s very long run on Netflix, HBO’s new streaming service will be streaming it now. And not only will fans be able to watch their favorite sitcom whenever they want, but there’s really a Friends reunion in the works! We have been hearing about it for a while and mostly were just rumors but this one is legit, all the original cast is in talks.

Jennifer Aniston recently alluded to a potential something when asked on The Ellen DeGeneres Show if fans could anticipate anything new from the esteemed and popular cast. She said:

“I would love for there to be something, but we don’t know what that something is. So we’re just trying. We’re working on something.”

Not much is known about the mega project, except that it would see the return of Aniston and her co-stars, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. It is also said that the upcoming special will be unscripted and will likely follow the lead of the series “Beverly Hills, 90210 quasi-reunion, semi-scripted limited series BH90210.”

I don’t care what they do with it, I just want it to happen and want it to happen fast! I love the chemistry of these real-life friends and their ridiculous knack for a flawless blend of comedy and soul. I can’t wait to see them all back together.
