George Lucas Gets His Own STAR WARS Stormtrooper Action Figure

Star Wars creator George Lucas is getting his very own Star Wars: The Black Series action figure! In this new action figure, Lucas is all decked out in Stormtrooper armor, a E-11 Blaster Rifle, and a removable helmet.

The figure is up for pre-sale, and it will be released next year for Lucasfilm’s 50th anniversary. Pre-orders will go live today at 1:00 pm ET on Amazon.

Vickie Stratford, sr. director of product design at Hasbro, told StarWars.com, “As a lifelong Star Wars fan, I have both the honor and privilege to bring characters from the franchise to life in product form every single day. When the opportunity came to design the George Lucas figure, we were especially excited about this project. This figure is just one of the many ways we can honor his legacy for years to come and we hope fans cherish it as much as we did!”
