German media really doesn’t pull punches when it comes to Donald Trump.
After the news by the Washington Post that the U.S. president adorns the walls of several of his properties with a fake Time magazine cover featuring his portrait, Der Spiegel went on the offensive and created some of theirs own.
The mag’s Snapchat team decided one fake Trump cover wasn’t enough, so it produced a series of hilariously cheeky spoof covers:

Let’s dissect all the references and see what they are made of:
LIFE magazine’s famous Aug. 11, 1969, Special Edition: ‘To the Moon and Back’
Pink Floyd’s ‘Wish You Were Here’ album cover
Wendy horse magazine
Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’ album cover
Anthony Burgess’ ‘A Clockwork Orange’ book cover
Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumours’ album cover
Justin Bieber
And Michael Jackson’s ‘Bad’ album
This isn’t the first time Der Spiegel has savagely trolled Trump.
A graphic cover featuring the words “America first” was published in February after Trump’s announcement of a wide-reaching immigration ban targeting Muslims.

That image, of a roaring Trump bloodily beheading the nation’s greatest symbol of its immigrant masses, was drawn by a man who came to the U.S. as a political refugee.
