The Ghosts of London Past – Now And Then

London is the Christmas capital for me, Where ever I am I love to fly to London for Christmas and New Years, It is just brilliant so much diversity and so much holiday cheers. Now Getty photographer Peter Macdiarmid has trawled the archives to find iconic pictures of the city at Christmas, and digitally merged them together to show how much the place has or hasn’t changed as each new year rolls around.

These images are simply awesome and a window into London’s past.
