Well how you like that! Producer Kathleen Kennedy has spoken to Variety about second Star Wars Story film by Disney and Lucas arts still untitled Han Solo movie, Interview will give you a look into the idea behind the movie.
“This moves closer to a heist or western type feel,” says Kennedy. “We’ve talked about (Frederic) Remington and those primary colors that are used in his paintings defining the look and feel of the film.”
With Solo established as a kind of outlaw cowboy figure, having a more frontier look and feel to the movie makes sense. As for the Remington influence.
