HBO’s TRUE DETECTIVE: NIGHT COUNTRY Promo Teaser and Story Details Starring Jodie Foster
HBO has unveiled a new promo teaser and photo for True Detective: Night Country, and it revealed the lead detective characters in the story played by Jodie Foster and Kali Reis. In the show, they are investigating the darkness of the Arctic, I love movies and shows which are set in arctic darkness and this one is looking great, I can’t wait to watch it.
The next series in the franchise comes from Issa López, and it revolves around Detectives Liz Danvers (Foster) and Evangeline Navarro “who are looking to solve the case of six men that operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station vanishing without a trace, when the long winter night falls in Ennis, Alaska.”
“Pair will have to confront the darkness they carry in themselves and dig into the haunted truths that lie buried under the eternal ice.”
The series also stars John Hawkes (Deadwood, Winter’s Bone), Christopher Eccleston (The Leftovers), Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve), Finn Bennett (Domina) and Anna Lambe (Three Pines).
