Hilarious Trailer for The Comedy THE BIG SICK with Kumail Nanjiani and Ray Romano

The first trailer of The Big Sick has been released, It looks great and the movie looks very promising it has both of my favorite comics and It could very well be one of the best comedies that will be released this summer.

The comedy includes comedian Kumail Nanjiani (Silicon Valley), Zoe Kazan (Ruby Sparks, What If), Holly Hunter and Ray Romano. It’s actually based on the real-life courtship between Nanjiani and his real-life wife Emily V. Gordon, which makes this movie special.

The Big Sick tells the story of Pakistan-born aspiring comedian Kumail (Kumail Nanjiani), who connects with grad student Emily (Zoe Kazan) after one of his standup sets. However, what they thought would be just a one-night stand blossoms into the real thing, which complicates the life that is expected of Kumail by his traditional Muslim parents. When Emily is beset with a mystery illness, it forces Kumail to navigate the medical crisis with her parents, Beth and Terry (Holly Hunter and Ray Romano) who he’s never met, while dealing with the emotional tug-of-war between his family and his heart.

The Big Sick will get a limited release on June 23rd and will expand on July 14th.
