Hilary Duff and her boyfriend, Jason Walsh, received a lot of backlash this Halloween for dressing up as a pilgrim and a Native American.
Some felt offended.
You clearly know nothing of the Native American culture. Headdresses are earned. Someone's culture isn't a costume.

“I meant no disrespect. I only have admiration for the indigenous people of America,” Walsh wrote on Instagram. “In hindsight I would not have made that decision. I apologize to anyone I may have offended.”
