Hogwarts Made Completely Out of Gingerbread

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry got a mouth watering remake in gingerbread. Reddit user louisesiuol made this brilliant gingerbread marvel for Harry Potter fans.

According to her, it took “a few days to design and model, and about a week to bake and decorate,” and then another week to clean up her kitchen when it was all over.

Its all ginger bread! The roofs are dyed green. It took alot of trial and error. Getting the right dough was key and baking it a little lower and slower so it wouldn’t melt off the mold.
