Amazon has revealed a horrifying trailer for the horror anthology series Them. The show is based in a 1950s suburban Los Angeles neighborhood, In the show, a black family purchases a home and moves in, not only disturbing the all-white neighbors but building a tense and dangerous environment among them. The show also attempts to tap into the supernatural, with the family feeling strange and scary phenomena within their home.

The series was made by Little Marvin, who executive produces the series with Lena Waithe, Miri Yoon, and Roy Lee of Vertigo Entertainment, David Matthews, and Don Kurt. Them is the 10-episode first season of the terror anthology series, and it stars Deborah Ayorinde, Ashley Thomas, Alison Pill, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Melody Hurd, and Ryan Kwanten.

Them is a limited anthology series that explores terror in America. The 1950s-set first season centers on a Black family who moves from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood during the period known as The Great Migration. The family’s idyllic home becomes ground zero where malevolent forces, next-door and otherworldly, threaten to taunt, ravage and destroy them.

The show looks great and it comes with very scary vibes. It may be a tad bit more disturbing than you are hoping for, but I am thrilled to try it out.
