Incredible GAME OF THRONES Prequel Fan Film

HBO is developing several prequel series for George R.R. Martin‘s Game of Thrones, Four prequel series to be exact. We still don’t know which path writers will take. But until official series hit our TV screens some die-hard Irish fans made an unofficial prequel called The Wild Wolf. It is a great watch if you love Game of Thrones and have some time to spare I recommend you to watch the video below.

The short is set 15 years before the events of the saga A Song of Ice and Fire. SyFyWire shared the press release for the short which explains the plot.

“Wild Wolf Films are a small independent film production group from Belfast, home of Game of Thrones and have been inspired by our love of the series to take up a camera and make something ourselves.The short takes place around 15 years before the first episode of Game of Thrones and is based around the events prior to Robert’s Rebellion.

“Brandon Stark, Ned Stark’s older brother and heir to Winterfell, has been betrothed to Catelyn Tully in an effort to unify the houses Stark and Tully. A young Petyr Baelish, living as a ward at Riverrun under the care of House Tully, has challenged Brandon to a duel for the Lady Catelyn’s hand in marriage. Brandon is answering the challenge to put young Littlefinger in his place…”
