JEEPERS CREEPERS 3 is Set After The First Film

JEEPERS CREEPERS 3

Jeepers Creepers horror film franchise was one of my favorites and I dont know why it took them so long to make another movie. I enjoyed the first two and I’m looking forward to Jeepers Creepers 3. The film recently completed shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Bloody-Disgusting confirms that the third film in the franchise takes place is a direct sequel to the first film that was released in 2001, which saw a brother and sister played by Justin Long and Gina Philips as cross paths with the deadly creature who feasts on the body parts of humans.

The movie will also serve as a bridge that leads right into the events of Jeepers Creepers 2. So This third movie is both a sequel and a prequel, The story follows “a group of hunters, completely aware of the Creeper’s mythology, and looking to stop the creature before it ends its eatin’ spree.” It was previously described as follows:

Jeepers Creepers 3 will show events on the last day of the Creeper’s twenty-three day feeding frenzy, as the skeptical Sergent Tubbs teams up with a task force hellbent on destroying the Creeper for good. The Creeper fights back in gory glory as its enemies grow closer than ever before to learning the secret of its dark origins.

It’s also said that Jeepers Creepers 3 will set up a fourth film that brings back Trish from the first movie. The Little intro of the fourth movie:

Trish Jenner is now a mother of a teenage son named Darry, named after the brother she lost 23 years ago. Trish has a recurring nightmare where her son suffers the same fate as her brother did, killed by the Creeper. Determined to prevent this from happening, Trish, who is now a rich and powerful woman, sets out on a final quest with Jack Taggart Sr. and Jr. to end the Creeper’s reign of terror once and for all. The Creeper fights back in gory glory as its enemies grow closer than ever before to learning the secret of its dark origins.
