Jeremy Renner recently shared a video update from his hospital bed in the ICU where he’s recovering from his horrifying accident. The video features the actor getting cleaned up for the first time “in a week or so.”

Renner sustained chest trauma and orthopedic injuries after a snowplowing mishap. We’ve got to know from Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve that Renner was helping plow a private road used by his family and his neighbors. It’s been told that he then stopped his Snowcat plow to help a stranded motorist, who was identified as a family member. Renner reportedly left the snowplow he was driving, and it ended up sliding forward and injured Renner as he tried to stop the 14,000-pound vehicle.
Schieve told the Reno Gazette-General, “He was helping someone stranded in the snow. He is always helping others. He’s always calling and saying, ‘Hey Mayor, what do you need?'”
Washoe County Sherriff’s Office previously released the following statement: “We can confirm that Jeremy has suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries and has undergone surgery today, January 2nd, 2023. He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition.”
