JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4

The clip, titled “Rule of Engagement,” showcases a tense negotiation between John Wick (Keanu Reeves) and the Marquis de Gramont (Bill Skarsgård) as they prepare for a deadly duel. Set in the stunning backdrop of Paris, the scene features the imposing presence of Clancy Brown as he oversees the proceedings on behalf of The High Table.

John Wick’s quest for freedom from The High Table is central to the plot of the film. However, before he can attain his desired goal, he must confront a formidable new adversary with powerful connections across the globe. This enemy is none other than the Marquis de Gramont, a young and ambitious High Table member who seeks to make a name for himself by defeating John Wick.

Skarsgård’s character is described as a viciously ambitious individual who has climbed the ranks of The High Table by any means necessary. The actor has stated that he envisions the Marquis as someone from humble beginnings, now reveling in his opulent suits and newfound power. The Marquis sees himself as a new sheriff, tasked with eliminating John Wick and securing his place within The High Table.

However, despite his confidence, the Marquis underestimates the formidable abilities of John Wick, also known as the Baba Yaga. He seeks to use the “bureaucratic evils” of The High Table to manipulate the rules and regulations in his favor, making Wick’s life a living nightmare.

In addition to the star-studded cast featuring Keanu Reeves, Bill Skarsgård, and Clancy Brown, the film boasts an impressive lineup of actors such as Donnie Yen, Hiroyuki Sanada, Rina Sawayama, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, and Ian McShane.

Directed by Chad Stahelski, John Wick: Chapter 4 is one of the most highly anticipated films of 2023. It is slated to hit theaters on March 24th, 2023, and fans are eagerly awaiting the release of this action-packed sequel.
