Kevin Smith Released a Red-Band Trailer for JAY AND SILENT BOB REBOOT

Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has unveiled the first trailer for his new movie Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, and if you’re a fan of Smith’s work, then you going to love what he has to offer this time! It looks like a lot of vile and vulgar fun with Smith poking a lot of joy at today’s pop culture! You’ll also get your first look at cool cameos which include Matt Damon and even Ben Affleck to name the few, with whom Smith had a falling out many years ago.

This trailer is NSFW, as it’s packed with all kind of insane red-band humor! Smith also makes some cracks at his own account. It’s also reported that Supergirl’s Melissa Benoist is the new rebooted version of Chronic in the movie.

Smith previously said:

If you remember Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, it was a movie in which Jay and Silent Bob found out Hollywood was making a movie about them so they went cross country to Hollywood to stop that from happening. Jay and Silent Bob Reboot is completely fucking different. In Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, Jay and Silent Bob find out that Hollywood is making a reboot of that old movie that they had made about them, and they have to go cross the country to Hollywood to stop it all over again. it’s literally the same fucking movie all over again. It’s a movie that makes fun of sequels and remakes and reboots while being all three at the same time.

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot also star Joe Manganiello (True Blood), Craig Robinson (The Office), Frankie Shaw (SMILF), Justin Long (Tusk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Jordan Monsanto, who is a producer of several of Smith’s film projects. Method Man and Redman. Shannon Elizabeth, Jason Biggs, Rosario Dawson, and Molly Shannon will also be in the film. Then there are Flash stars Grant GustinTom Cavanagh, and Carlos Valdes,

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot will hit theaters on October 15th and 17th, as part of a limited run Fathom Events.
