Kevin Smith’s Long-Awaited Film CLERKS III Trailer Released

The first trailer for Kevin Smith’s long-awaited movie Clerks III has been released, and it looks like a great, fun, and meta-movie.

We’re now going to be able to catch up with those characters and see their story continue as they set out to make a movie. I’m happy to see that Smith had another story to tell with these characters.

In Clerks III, “following a massive heart attack, Randal Graves (Jeff Anderson) enlists Dante Hicks (Brian O’Halloran), Elias (Trevor Gregory Fehrman), Jay (Jason Mewes), and Silent Bob (Smith) to make a movie immortalizing his life at the convenience store that started it all.” The returning cast includes Rosario Dawson as Becky.

The movie was inspired by Smith’s own experience after having a heart attack. Clerks III will be released in theaters on September 13th and 15th.
