La La Land ‘Start a Fire’ Teaser Trailer, Featuring John Legend

Lionsgate has released a new La La Land trailer featuring John Legend’s song, titled “Start a Fire,” and his performance from the film alongside stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone.

Movie tells the story of Mia (Stone), an aspiring actress, and Sebastian (Gosling), a dedicated jazz musician, who are struggling to make ends meet in a city known for crushing hopes and breaking hearts. Set in modern day Los Angeles, this original musical about everyday life explores the joy and pain of pursuing your dreams.

The film also features recent Academy Award-winner J.K. Simmons playing a character called “Boss,” as well as Jessica Rothe, Sonoya Mizuno and Callie Hernandez playing Stone’s roommates.

La La Land is now playing in theaters.
