Magneto’s Involvement in the JFK Assassination in New XMEN DOFP

Michael Fassbender

20th Century Fox has debuted this new ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ viral video, which explores the “involvement” of Michael Fassbender’s Magneto/Erik Lehnsherr in the assassination President John F. Kennedy.

The official description for the video is as follows: “Half a century ago, Magneto was implicated in the mutant plot to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. The events of that fateful day in November have been a point of contention between humans and the mutants ever since. After years of incarceration, do you think Magneto is guilty or innocent?

A new site, The Bent Bullet, launched today (via The Nerdist) and it details Magneto’s involvement in the shooting.

Stars Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Halley Berry, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Boo Boo Stewart, Adan Canto, Evan Peters, Josh Helman and Lucas Till.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.
