Marvel Releases Full Trailer for MOON KNIGHT!
Marvel has unleashed a full trailer for its upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight, and it was also revealed that the series is set to air on March 30th! Moon Knight is such an amazing character, and there are so many elements to play with.
Oscar Isaac stars in the series and is taking on the role of Marc Spector, a character who has multiple different alter egos including millionaire Steven Grant and cab driver Jake Lockley. These alter egos may or may not be separate, alternate personalities, and the same may be true of Khonshu, the Egyptian deity who is either guiding Spector through his costumed adventures or a figment of Spector’s imagination. Most recently, the character was a consultant who dresses in all-white and goes by the name Mr. Knight.
“A new globetrotting action-adventure series featuring a complex vigilante who suffers from dissociative identity disorder. The multiple identities who live inside him find themselves thrust into a deadly war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt.”
The series also stars Ethan Hawke as the main villain. Moon Knight was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin and appeared in the August 1975 issue Werewolf by Night #32. Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy) and Beau DeMayo (The Originals and The Witcher) wrote the series. Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead are directing.
