Meet Minecraft Earth, A Minecraft Version Of Pokémon Go

In a move which is quite surprising, inevitable, and excellent, Microsoft today revealed Minecraft Earth, an augmented reality game that will let people make all sorts of blocky works as they’re walking down streets and trying not to get hit by cars and get under buses. It’ll be out later this year for phones, with a beta will hit this summer.

Check out the trailer of Minecraft Earth, which is surely going to take over the world and start to all sorts of wild stories. The developers at Mojang say you’ll be able to find resources, build castles, and fight off baddies and other terrifying mobs, just like you can in the actual game.
