Michelle Obama appeared on The Late Show Tuesday night and host Stephen Colbert asked what we’ve all wanted to ask her since July.
“Melania Trump was so criticized for using what turned out to be a portion of your speech, but do you have any sympathy [for her] because there are people around her creating things?” he said.
“Yeah, that was tough,” she deadpanned, and then slowly smiled.
She also did a killer impression of the commander in chief nearly boring her to tears.
