Middle-Aged Mutant Ninja Turtles, Just Like Us

A new and eerie episode of Saturday Night Live at Home featured parts that could be done remotely and from home. Included in this mix was a hilarious, but very apt animation about the no-longer Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but now in their middle age as we all original viewers are. The aging terrapins have rather forsaken their subterranean world of New York City sewers for large houses in the suburbs where they go shopping at Whole Foods store, doing carpool, worry about economy and money and physical health all while remembering about the good old days, just like all of us.

The Mutant Ninja Turtles aren’t teenagers anymore in an update of the animated series that shows how the superheroes face problems as middle-aged adults….’They used to be so cool, now they drive their spoiled kids to school’
