You Must Own This Ringu Action Figure

Though she’s one of the more iconic evildoers in modern horror, Sadako/Samara has not seen much action when it comes to poseable figures. Figuarts is giving us one with super-articulation, multiple heads, and accessories like a mini-VHS tape, which tells you just how damn long we’ve been waiting for the figure – her signature shtick has become obsolete in the meantime.

While I would wish for a slightly better paint job – the eye doesn’t look messed-up enough, and the dress is a bit too clean – you can always play with her outside in the dirt for a while to get a more weathered effect. Or throw her down a well. We are not responsible for what ensues.
